What it does
Gives your floor team a live tap on the shoulder. When a scan matches your hot-lead criteria, it fires a Slack message with the lead's name, title, company, and booth station, plus a claim button so one rep owns the follow-up.
When to use it
Use it during the show itself, not after. It is for teams who want to catch decision-makers while they are still standing at the booth rather than emailing them next week.
How it works
- 1A webhook receives each badge scan as it happens.
- 2A qualification branch checks title, company size, and any priority-account list to decide if the lead is hot.
- 3Non-hot scans are dropped so the channel stays signal-only.
- 4For hot leads, Slack posts a rich message to the sales channel with lead details and a Claim action.
- 5The claim response writes the owning rep back to the scan log as the output, preventing two reps chasing the same person.
