Reclaim Booth Visitors Who Skipped Their Booked Demo
Each evening during the event, finds badge-scanned visitors who booked a demo slot but never scanned in at the demo station.

What it does
Visitors who book a booth demo and then no-show are warm leads slipping away. This workflow runs nightly during the event, compares your demo-booking list against actual demo-station scans, and finds the gap. Each no-show gets a friendly re-engagement email offering a virtual rebook, and the assigned rep gets a calendar reminder plus a Trello card to personally chase the lead the next morning.
When to use it
Use at multi-day events where visitors pre-book demo slots and you track demo-station attendance via badge scans. Ideal for recovering high-intent leads who got pulled away on the show floor.
How it works
- 1A nightly schedule trigger fires after demo hours close.
- 2Booked demo slots and actual demo-station scans are read from Airtable.
- 3A logic step computes the no-show set by finding booked visitors with no station scan.
- 4Each no-show receives a tailored re-engagement email with a virtual rebooking link via Gmail.
- 5A follow-up reminder event is created on the rep's Google Calendar for the next morning.
- 6A chase card per no-show is added to the rep's Trello board with visitor context.
