Post-webinar no-show re-engagement sequence
After a Zoom webinar ends, this compares the registrant list to who actually attended.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom webinar endedZoom
- ActionPull registrant + attendee reportsZoom
- LogicDiff lists: tag attended vs no-show
- ActionEmail no-shows recording + re-inviteOutlook
- OutputWrite attendance status to AirtableAirtable
What it does
After a webinar wraps, it reconciles who registered against who attended, splits the audience into attendees and no-shows, and sends each group the right follow-up. No-shows get a "sorry we missed you" email with the recording and a link to register for the next session; attendees get a thank-you with bonus resources.
When to use it
Run this on every webinar where you care about converting no-shows. Webinar no-show rates routinely hit 40-60%, and a same-day recording offer recovers a large share of that lost attention without manual list-scrubbing.
How it works
- 1A Zoom `webinar.ended` event triggers the workflow and provides the webinar ID.
- 2The workflow pulls the full registrant list and the attendee report from Zoom and the Airtable roster.
- 3A logic step diffs the two lists, tagging each contact as `attended` or `no_show`.
- 4No-shows receive an Outlook email with the recording link and a re-invite CTA; attendees receive a thank-you with follow-up resources.
- 5Each contact's status and email send are written back to Airtable for reporting and downstream nurture.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
