Close the loop when a work order is marked done
When a Trello card moves to Done, it stamps the completion time in Airtable, checks whether the SLA was met, notifies the original requester.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerTrello card moved to DoneTrello
- ActionStamp completion time and resolver in AirtableAirtable
- LogicScore resolution against SLA due-by
- ActionNotify original requester via SlackSlack
- OutputAppend outcome to SLA reporting tableAirtable
What it does
Handles the back half of the work-order lifecycle. The moment a job is finished, it records resolution time, scores it against the SLA, tells the person who reported it, and writes the result to a reporting log.
When to use it
Use it when completed repairs go unrecorded, requesters are left wondering if their issue was fixed, and you have no clean SLA-met rate to report. This closes the loop automatically every time a card is completed.
How it works
- 1A Trello card moving into the Done list triggers the flow.
- 2The matching Airtable work order is updated with the completion timestamp and resolver.
- 3A branch compares resolution time against the SLA due-by to mark it met or breached.
- 4The original requester is notified via Slack that their request is resolved.
- 5The outcome row, including the met/breached flag, is appended to the SLA reporting table in Airtable.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect TrelloKanban boards for everything.
- 2Connect AirtableBases, tables, views, automations.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
