How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerTech submits a dispute via webhookHTTP webhook
  • ActionCEO agent reads work order, photo, and rejection historymonday.com
  • ActionRe-examine photo and reason over context with OpenAIOpenAI
  • LogicBranch on overturn vs uphold ruling
  • OutputUpdate Monday status and post written rulingmonday.com

What it does

Disputes need judgment, not just a classifier. When a tech contests a rejected photo, this hands the case to the CEO agent. The agent re-reads the original photo with vision, reviews the job's prior notes and the rejection reason on the Monday work order, weighs the tech's stated objection, and rules to overturn or uphold. It updates the work-order status accordingly and writes a reasoned ruling into the item so the decision is auditable.

When to use it

Use it when automated verification creates appeals that a manager would otherwise have to arbitrate one by one, and you want consistent, documented adjudication instead of ad-hoc overrides.

How it works

  1. 1A dispute submission hits the webhook with the work-order ID and the tech's objection.
  2. 2The CEO agent reads the Monday work order, original photo, and rejection history.
  3. 3The agent re-examines the photo and reasons over the full context.
  4. 4A logic branch follows the overturn or uphold ruling.
  5. 5The agent updates the Monday work order to Verified or keeps it rejected and posts the written ruling.
