Tag-Triggered Tone Rewrite of Agent Drafts in Front
When an agent applies a tone tag to a Front draft, rewrites their draft to match that tone and the customer's tier, replacing the draft in place so agents can soften, formalize…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerTone tag applied to Front conversationFront
- ActionRead current draft and tone tagFront
- LogicValidate tone tag and draft present
- ActionRewrite draft to tone and tierOpenAI
- OutputReplace draft in FrontFront
What it does
This flow gives agents a one-click tone control inside Front. When an agent tags a conversation with a tone label such as soften, formalize, or simplify, the flow takes their existing draft, rewrites it to that tone blended with the customer's tier profile, and replaces the draft in place. The agent still reviews and sends.
When to use it
Use it when agents write fast but inconsistent first drafts and want a quick polish pass without leaving Front or rewriting by hand. Great for newer agents learning your voice and for delicate replies that need a softer or more formal touch.
How it works
- 1An agent applying a tone tag to a Front conversation triggers the flow.
- 2The current draft text and the applied tone tag are read from the conversation.
- 3A branch validates that a recognized tone tag and a non-empty draft are present.
- 4The customer tier is resolved and OpenAI rewrites the draft to the chosen tone and tier.
- 5The rewritten text replaces the existing Front draft for final agent review.
