  • LogicValidate fields, scale, and candidate match
  • ActionFile normalized scorecard in candidate recordNotionNotion
  • LogicCheck whether the loop is now complete
  • OutputNotify recruiter when loop is readyMicrosoft Teams

What it does

This workflow is the ingestion pipe for interview feedback submitted outside your ATS. It accepts each scorecard via webhook, checks that required fields and ratings are present, normalizes the rating scale, and stores the structured feedback against the right candidate and interview in Notion. When a submission completes a candidate's loop, it tells the recruiter the loop is ready to consolidate.

When to use it

Use it when interviewers submit feedback through a custom or third-party form and you need that data landing cleanly in one place without manual re-entry or chasing malformed entries.

How it works

The workflow triggers on an incoming webhook carrying one scorecard payload. A logic step validates required fields, the rating scale, and the candidate match, rejecting or flagging incomplete submissions. Valid scorecards are written to the candidate's record in Notion. A second logic check counts whether all expected panelists have now submitted, and if the loop is complete it posts a Teams notice to the recruiter that the feedback is in and ready for the decision packet.
