What it does

After every onsite interview loop, this workflow watches for missing scorecards and chases the specific panelists who are late. Instead of a recruiter manually cross-checking who has and hasn't filled out feedback, it identifies the gaps and pings each laggard individually over Microsoft Teams with their pending interview and a one-click link to the scorecard.

When to use it

Use it when your interview decisions stall because one or two panelists forget to submit feedback. It keeps loops moving and removes the recruiter from the awkward nudging loop.

How it works

A scheduled check runs a few hours after each interview block. It reads the panel roster and the submitted-scorecard records, then a logic step computes the delta to find panelists with no submission. For each outstanding panelist it sends a targeted Microsoft Teams direct message naming the candidate, the role, and a deadline, with a deep link to their open scorecard. A final summary is posted to the recruiting Teams channel so the coordinator can see remaining gaps at a glance.
