What it does
This workflow flags interview loops where the panel is divided rather than letting a borderline candidate quietly slip through. It compares each panelist's recommendation, detects splits between strong-yes and no-hire signals, and sends the hiring manager an email that isolates exactly what the disagreement is about so they make a conscious tie-break instead of defaulting.

Use it when split panels are your riskiest hiring decisions and you want every one of them to get explicit manager attention rather than an averaged-out pass.
How it works
When a loop's scorecards are all in, the workflow reads each panelist's vote and rating. A logic step classifies the panel as aligned or split and exits early when there is clear consensus. For genuinely split loops, an OpenAI step distills the opposing positions into the core point of contention and the evidence on each side. That breakdown is emailed via Outlook to the hiring manager with a clear ask to record a final decision and rationale.
