What it does

Bridges HR and IT so a new hire's laptop, accounts, and tool access are requested the instant an offer is signed. It opens tracked provisioning tickets, records the hardware order in a structured table, and confirms the full readiness checklist to the hiring manager.

When to use it

Reach for this when day-one delays are caused by hardware or account access lagging behind hiring. Firing it on offer signature gives IT the lead time they need instead of a last-minute Slack request.

How it works

  1. 1A signed-offer webhook from your ATS or e-signature tool triggers the flow with the hire's role and start date.
  2. 2A logic step maps the role to a provisioning profile, deciding which accounts and equipment the hire needs.
  3. 3A Linear issue is created for IT with the access scope and start-date deadline.
  4. 4The equipment request is written as a row in Airtable for the asset manager to fulfill.
  5. 5A readiness confirmation, listing every requested item and its ticket link, is emailed to the hiring manager.
