CEO Agent: Cross-Tool Seat Waste Investigation
On request, the CEO agent investigates seat waste across every connected SaaS tool, cross-references org headcount.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerChat request to CEO agent
- ActionPull seat data from Airtable registersAirtable
- ActionRead org membership and roles from NotionNotion
- LogicReason over overlap, savings, and risk
- OutputPost prioritized reclamation plan to SlackSlack
What it does
Gives the CEO agent a standing job: investigate where the company is leaking SaaS spend. It reasons across multiple license registers, compares assigned seats to actual org membership, flags duplicate tools doing the same job, and ranks reclamation opportunities by savings and risk.
When to use it
Use it for periodic IT spend reviews when the answer isn't a single threshold rule — you want judgment about which seats are safe to pull, which tools overlap, and where to start.
How it works
- 1A chat request to the CEO agent kicks off the investigation.
- 2The agent pulls seat assignments and last-activity data from the Airtable license registers.
- 3It reads current org membership and roles from Notion to find seats held by people who no longer need them.
- 4The agent reasons over the combined picture, clustering overlapping tools and estimating per-seat savings.
- 5It delivers a prioritized reclamation plan with dollar impact and recommended next steps to Slack.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect AirtableBases, tables, views, automations.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
