Offboarding Checklist Driver from Monday Board
When an offboarding item on your Monday board moves to In Progress, this workflow executes the technical revocation tasks and writes each result back to the board so coordinators…

What it does
Makes your Monday offboarding board actually do the work instead of just tracking it. When a coordinator moves a departure card to In Progress, the workflow runs the access-removal steps and updates each subtask on the card with a real result, so the board reflects what has truly been revoked.
When to use it
Use this when HR or IT coordinates offboarding in Monday and you want the board to be the single source of truth. It closes the gap between a checklist that says done and access that is actually gone.
How it works
- 1A Monday status-change event fires when an offboarding item enters In Progress.
- 2The workflow reads the employee details and the requested revocation subtasks from the item.
- 3It suspends the user's Google Workspace account and reassigns their calendar events.
- 4It removes the user from the GitHub organization.
- 5As each step finishes, it updates the matching subtask status and timestamp on the Monday item.
- 6It posts a final completion comment summarizing what was done and any steps that need manual follow-up.
