Kickoff Commitment Deadlines to Calendar and Tracked Board
Takes commitments from a Zoom kickoff transcript, writes each as an item on a Monday board.

What it does
A tracked board lists deadlines, but a calendar makes people act on them. This workflow extracts owner-and-date commitments from a Zoom kickoff, records each on a Monday deliverables board, and creates a corresponding Google Calendar event on the owner's due date so the promise lives where they plan their week.
When to use it
Use it when commitments get logged but owners still miss dates because the board is out of sight. Ideal for teams that live in their calendars and want kickoff promises to surface as real, dated events rather than rows they never revisit.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event triggers the run.
- 2OpenAI extracts commitments with task, owner, and due date from the transcript.
- 3A logic step keeps only commitments that have both a resolvable owner email and a firm date.
- 4For each valid commitment, a Monday item is created on the deliverables board.
- 5A Google Calendar event is created on the owner's due date with the task and a link to the Monday item.
