PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Nudge teammates who skipped their Loom standup before the digest goes out
Checks who on the roster has not posted a Loom standup video by the cutoff time and sends each missing person a direct Slack reminder so the daily roundup is complete.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerSchedule fires before standup cutoff
- ActionList today's posted Loom standup videosLoom
- ActionRead expected standup roster from NotionNotion
- LogicDiff roster against posters to find who's missing
- OutputSend each missing person a Slack nudgeSlack
What it does
Before the standup roundup is compiled, this workflow compares the expected roster against the Loom videos actually posted today. Anyone who has not recorded their update gets a private, friendly Slack nudge with the deadline. It prevents half-empty standups without a manager chasing people manually.
When to use it
When your async standup depends on full participation and you want gentle, automatic reminders instead of a person policing attendance. Ideal for teams with a fixed standup roster and a daily cutoff.
How it works
- 1A schedule fires 30 minutes before the standup cutoff.
- 2Loom returns who posted a standup video to the workspace today.
- 3The posted list is diffed against the expected roster stored in Notion.
- 4Logic builds the set of people with no video yet.
- 5Each missing person receives a direct Slack message with the cutoff time and a recording link.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect LoomVideo transcripts, libraries.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
