PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Compile Loom standup videos into a daily Notion roundup page with summaries
Collects the day's Loom standup videos, summarizes each transcript into a few bullets.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerScheduled run after standup window
- ActionFetch today's Loom standups + transcriptsLoom
- ActionSummarize each transcript into bulletsOpenAI
- LogicAssemble per-person summaries into page body
- OutputPublish dated roundup page in NotionNotion
What it does
Every day it pulls the team's posted Loom standup videos, turns each transcript into a tight bullet summary, and assembles them into one dated Notion roundup page. Each entry links back to the original video for anyone who wants the full context. The team gets a readable, searchable standup archive.
When to use it
When watching a stack of standup videos is too slow and you want a skimmable written record that's also searchable later. Great for managers and teammates in other time zones catching up asynchronously.
How it works
- 1A scheduled trigger runs after the standup window closes.
- 2Loom returns today's standup videos with transcripts and share links.
- 3An agent summarizes each transcript into 'done / doing / blocked' bullets.
- 4The summaries are assembled into a single dated page body.
- 5A new roundup page is created in the team's Notion standup database, each entry linking to its Loom video.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect LoomVideo transcripts, libraries.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 3Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
