Capture customer-reported onboarding blockers from a form
Receives a customer's blocker submission via webhook, logs it against their ClickUp onboarding, pauses the stalled milestone's clock, and alerts the assigned CSM to unblock fast.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerCustomer blocker form webhookHTTP webhook
- LogicValidate and match to onboarding task
- ActionComment and set milestone BlockedClickUp
- ActionLog blocker in Airtable trackerAirtable
- OutputAlert assigned CSM in SlackSlack
What it does
When a customer submits a blocker through your onboarding portal or form, this workflow records it against their implementation in ClickUp, marks the affected milestone as blocked so it stops counting as silent slippage, and immediately routes the issue to the right CSM.
When to use it
Use it when customers can self-report what is holding them up and you want those signals to land directly on the owning rep instead of an inbox. It separates true blockers from neglect so your stalled-milestone alerts stay trustworthy.
How it works
- 1An incoming webhook receives the customer's blocker form submission.
- 2A branch validates the payload and matches it to the customer's ClickUp onboarding task.
- 3The flow adds the blocker as a comment and sets the milestone status to Blocked.
- 4It records the blocker reason and timestamp in an Airtable tracking base.
- 5It alerts the assigned CSM in Slack with the customer, blocker text, and a link to act.
