What it does

Every weekday morning this workflow checks your ClickUp onboarding list for milestones that have slipped — due date passed, no status change or comment in the last few days — and pings the assigned implementation owner in Slack with the exact customer, milestone, and how many days it has been stuck.

When to use it

Run it when onboarding lives in ClickUp and milestones quietly stall because no single person watches every account. It turns silent slippage into a daily, owner-addressed nudge instead of a quarterly surprise.

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule fires on weekday mornings.
  2. 2The flow queries ClickUp for onboarding tasks whose due date is in the past and whose status is not Complete.
  3. 3A filter keeps only tasks with no activity (status change or comment) in the configured stale window.
  4. 4For each stalled task it resolves the assignee and groups by owner.
  5. 5It posts a Slack DM to each owner listing their stalled customers, milestones, and days overdue, with a deep link back to ClickUp.
