What it does

Watches a Google Drive folder for new long-form episode audio, transcribes the whole thing, and uses an LLM to nominate the strongest standalone moments. Each pick becomes a captioned vertical cut that gets scheduled to your social platforms, native to each one.

When to use it

You publish a podcast on a regular cadence and want a hands-off short-form funnel. Drop the master into one folder and clips queue themselves while you move on.

How it works

  1. 1A new audio file appears in the watched Google Drive folder and fires the trigger.
  2. 2ElevenLabs transcribes the episode to timestamped text.
  3. 3OpenAI scores segments for hook strength, self-containment, and emotional peak, then returns the top moments with start/end times and a one-line caption.
  4. 4A logic step drops any clip under a quality threshold so only confident picks proceed.
  5. 5post-to-platforms schedules each surviving clip as a platform-native vertical cut with its caption.
  6. 6The run posts a summary of scheduled clips back to the team channel.
