PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY
On-demand narrated OKR answer from a Coda doc via chat
An operator asks an OKR question in chat; an agent reads the live Coda doc, reasons over the data, narrates a spoken answer with ElevenLabs.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerOperator asks OKR question in chat
- ActionRead relevant OKRs from Coda docCoda
- LogicReason over data; clarify if ambiguous
- ActionNarrate answer with ElevenLabsElevenLabs
- ActionAssemble Loom answer clipLoom
- OutputReply in chat with Loom link and audio
What it does
Lets anyone get a spoken, video answer to an OKR question without opening Coda. Ask something like "how is the activation objective tracking and what's the biggest risk?" and an agent reads the live OKR doc, works out the answer, and replies with a narrated Loom clip and an audio file you can play on the go.
When to use it
Use this for ad-hoc OKR questions from execs or new managers who don't want to learn the doc's layout. It spans live data lookup and reasoning, so it runs as an agent rather than a fixed pipeline.
How it works
- 1A chat message with an OKR question triggers the agent.
- 2The agent reads the relevant objectives and key results from the Coda doc.
- 3It reasons over the numbers to compose a direct, accurate spoken answer, asking a clarifying question if the request is ambiguous.
- 4ElevenLabs narrates the answer.
- 5A short Loom clip is assembled from the narration.
- 6The agent replies in chat with the Loom link and the audio file.
