What it does
Turns each approval email that arrives during your out-of-office window into a Microsoft Teams card sent directly to your backup. The card carries the requester, amount or subject, and a deadline, with Approve and Reject buttons so the backup can decide in the chat. The decision is written back to the requester by email.

Your backup lives in Teams, not your inbox. You want approvals to reach them where they already work, with one-tap actions instead of a forwarded email they might miss.
