Real-time login-gap detector pages CSM on key-account silence
Listens for daily usage events from the data warehouse and, when a high-value account goes silent past its expected login interval, immediately notifies the assigned CSM in Slack…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWarehouse usage-rollup webhookHTTP webhook
- LogicCheck strategic list and login-gap threshold
- LogicDrop active or low-value accounts
- ActionResolve CSM owner and usage trend
- OutputAlert assigned CSM with silence contextSlack
What it does
This workflow catches account silence as it happens rather than at month-end. When a strategic account stops logging in beyond its normal rhythm, it pings the assigned CSM right away with the last-seen date and recent trend.
When to use it
Use it for a focused book of high-value accounts where a sudden activity gap is your earliest churn signal. It complements scheduled scoring by surfacing acute silence between batch runs.
How it works
- 1A webhook trigger receives the warehouse's daily usage-rollup event for an account.
- 2A logic step checks whether the account is on the strategic list and whether days-since-last-login now exceeds its expected interval.
- 3A branch drops accounts that are still active or below the value cutoff.
- 4For a qualifying silent account, an action looks up the assigned CSM and recent usage trend.
- 5An output step sends a direct, contextual Slack alert to that CSM with last-seen date, contract value, and a suggested re-engagement nudge.
