What it does

This workflow catches account silence as it happens rather than at month-end. When a strategic account stops logging in beyond its normal rhythm, it pings the assigned CSM right away with the last-seen date and recent trend.

When to use it

Use it for a focused book of high-value accounts where a sudden activity gap is your earliest churn signal. It complements scheduled scoring by surfacing acute silence between batch runs.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook trigger receives the warehouse's daily usage-rollup event for an account.
  2. 2A logic step checks whether the account is on the strategic list and whether days-since-last-login now exceeds its expected interval.
  3. 3A branch drops accounts that are still active or below the value cutoff.
  4. 4For a qualifying silent account, an action looks up the assigned CSM and recent usage trend.
  5. 5An output step sends a direct, contextual Slack alert to that CSM with last-seen date, contract value, and a suggested re-engagement nudge.
