Autonomous Roadmap Synthesis Agent from Multi-Source Reviews
An agent-driven workflow that gathers reviews plus support tickets, builds a deduplicated theme taxonomy, weighs each theme by frequency and revenue impact.

What it does
This workflow runs an autonomous research agent that synthesizes a roadmap from many feedback sources at once. It collects app-store reviews and Zendesk support tickets, builds and maintains its own theme taxonomy across both, scores each theme by volume and the revenue of the accounts raising it, and drafts a ranked quarterly roadmap proposal as Linear issues with the supporting evidence attached.
When to use it
Use it when feedback is fragmented across reviews and support and you want a reasoning agent to do the cross-source synthesis a PM would, not just a fixed pipeline. Best for quarterly planning where judgment and tradeoffs matter.
How it works
- 1A scheduled quarterly trigger launches the agent.
- 2The agent scrapes recent reviews via Apify and pulls relevant tickets from Zendesk.
- 3It reasons over both to build a unified, deduplicated theme taxonomy and decides what counts as the same ask.
- 4It weights each theme by mention volume and account value, resolving conflicts and merging near-duplicates.
- 5It writes ranked roadmap proposals into Linear, each with rationale and linked source evidence for the planning review.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ApifyActors, scrapers, datasets.
- 2Connect ZendeskTickets, queues, knowledge base.
- 3Connect LinearIssues, projects, cycles, triage.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
