Weekly coverage-gap report on RFP questions the policy KB can't answer
Each week, scans the questions asked across recent questionnaires, finds the ones with weak or missing policy KB coverage.

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

What it does
This workflow looks back at the security questions your team encountered recently and tests each against the policy knowledge base. Questions that retrieve no strong, citable source are clustered into themes and ranked by how often they appear, producing a report of where your policy documentation has gaps.
When to use it
Use it to turn questionnaire pain into a documentation roadmap. Instead of reacting to the same uncovered question repeatedly, the security team gets a ranked list of what to author so future answers can be cited automatically.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the analysis.
- 2Recent questions are loaded from the answer log in Airtable.
- 3Each question is run against the versioned Confluence KB to measure retrieval strength.
- 4A logic step isolates questions below the coverage threshold.
- 5OpenAI clusters the gaps into themes and ranks them by frequency.
- 6A prioritized gap report is delivered to the security channel in Slack.
