RMA disposition router to warehouse queues
Watches the RMA tracker for newly graded returns and routes each one to the correct warehouse destination — restock, refurbish, scrap, or vendor return.
How it runs

- TriggerRMA record enters graded status in AirtableAirtable
- ActionRead condition grade, category, and value fieldsAirtable
- LogicMap grade + category to warehouse destination
- ActionUpdate RMA record with destination and bin labelAirtable
- OutputNotify destination team channel in SlackSlack
What it does
When an RMA record in Airtable reaches a graded state, this workflow reads its condition grade and product category, applies your routing rules, and assigns a physical destination: restock to sellable inventory, send to refurbishment, scrap, or return to vendor. It updates the record with the routing decision and a generated bin label, then alerts the destination team in Slack so the package goes to the right station on arrival.
When to use it
Use it when graded returns pile up waiting for someone to decide where each box physically goes. It turns a condition grade into an actionable warehouse instruction.
How it works
- 1A record entering the "graded" status in Airtable fires the trigger.
- 2The flow reads condition grade, category, and value fields.
- 3A logic branch maps grade plus category to a destination and a credit action.
- 4The Airtable record is updated with the destination, bin location, and label text.
- 5A Slack message is sent to the destination team's channel with the routing instruction and RMA number.
