Aging RMA photo-chaser and stale-case sweep
Runs on a schedule to find RMAs that are missing condition photos or stalled in intake, emails the customer a photo request via Front.

What it does
This scheduled workflow sweeps the RMA tracker for cases stuck in intake — open RMAs with no condition photos uploaded, or graded RMAs sitting past their handling SLA. For photo-missing cases, it sends a templated photo-request reply through Front so the customer can complete the submission. For SLA-breaching cases, it compiles a digest and posts it to a Slack escalation channel so a lead can clear the backlog.
When to use it
Use it when return cases stall because customers never sent photos or because graded RMAs sit unprocessed. It keeps the return pipeline from accumulating silent dead cases.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule triggers the sweep.
- 2The flow queries Airtable for RMAs missing photos or past the SLA.
- 3A logic branch splits the results into photo-request and escalation buckets.
- 4For photo-missing cases, a follow-up message is sent through Front and the record's last-contacted field is stamped.
- 5SLA-breaching cases are compiled into a digest.
- 6The digest is posted to the Slack escalation channel for the returns lead.
