What it does
When a visitor asks about pricing, contract terms, or seat counts in an Intercom chat, this workflow identifies the question type, picks the correct rep based on the prospect's region, and hands off the conversation immediately with full context. The same exchange is logged as a note on the Attio record so nothing is lost.

How it works
