Revive Stalled Salesforce Opportunities with a Personalized Loom Nudge
Runs on a schedule to find Salesforce opportunities with no activity in 14+ days, records a personalized Loom check-in for each.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDaily schedule
- ActionQuery stalled open opportunitiesSalesforce
- LogicFilter out closed-lost / do-not-contact
- ActionGenerate personalized Loom check-inLoom
- ActionEmail Loom link via GmailGmail
- OutputLog re-engagement task on opportunitySalesforce
What it does
Automatically re-warms cooling pipeline. On a daily schedule it scans Salesforce for open opportunities that have gone quiet, then produces a personalized Loom for each stalled deal and sends a re-engagement email so the prospect hears a familiar voice instead of another text follow-up.
When to use it
Use it when deals routinely slip because reps forget to follow up on aging opportunities. Best for teams with long sales cycles where a timely, personal video can reopen a conversation that a generic check-in email would not.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule trigger starts the run.
- 2Query Salesforce for open opportunities with no activity in the last 14 days.
- 3For each, filter out deals already flagged closed-lost or marked do-not-contact.
- 4Generate a personalized Loom referencing the deal, the last discussed value, and a clear next step.
- 5Email the Loom link to the primary contact via Gmail, sent from the owning rep's address.
- 6Log a re-engagement task back on the Salesforce opportunity with the video link.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect SalesforceAccounts, opportunities, cases.
- 2Connect LoomVideo transcripts, libraries.
- 3Connect GmailRead, draft, send, label.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
