What it does

Turns silent video opens into actionable timing signals. When a prospect plays an outbound Loom, this catches the view event, judges how engaged they were, and pings the rep in Slack the moment a deal goes warm so follow-up lands while attention is high.

When to use it

Use it when reps send personalized Loom videos but never know who actually watched. Best for teams that win on follow-up timing and want to prioritize prospects who just engaged over cold ones in the queue.

How it works

  1. 1A Loom view event arrives via webhook when a prospect plays a tracked video.
  2. 2Look up the matching deal and contact in HubSpot using the video ID.
  3. 3Score engagement: full or repeat views are hot, partial views are warm, sub-10-second skips are ignored.
  4. 4For hot/warm views, post an alert to the rep's Slack channel with contact, deal stage, and watch percentage.
  5. 5Stamp the engagement score and last-viewed time on the HubSpot contact.
