Go-Live Readiness Check and Kickoff Scheduling
Seven days before a plan's target go-live, this verifies all prerequisite milestones are complete.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerSchedule checks plans 7 days before go-live
- ActionRead prerequisite milestones from Monday planmonday.com
- LogicBranch on readiness: all prerequisites complete?
- ActionBook go-live call on Google CalendarGoogle Calendar
- OutputAlert Slack if date is at riskSlack
What it does
Guards the go-live date by checking readiness a week out. It confirms every prerequisite milestone on the mutual action plan is done, and based on that, either schedules the go-live call with the customer or flags the team that the date will slip.
When to use it
Use it when go-live dates are committed to customers but no one verifies readiness until the day arrives, causing last-minute scrambles or embarrassing slips. Ideal for teams that want a forced checkpoint before every launch.
How it works
- 1A schedule checks each plan whose go-live is seven days out.
- 2The flow reads that plan's prerequisite milestones from the Monday board.
- 3A branch decides ready (all prerequisites complete) versus not ready.
- 4If ready, it creates a Google Calendar go-live event inviting the customer contact and the account team.
- 5If not ready, it posts an at-risk alert to Slack listing the incomplete prerequisites and the owner accountable for each.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
