Stalled MAP Auto-Schedule Checkpoint Call
When a deal accumulates multiple overdue mutual action plan milestones, it books a checkpoint call on the deal owner's calendar and invites the buyer-side owner to get the plan…

What it does
Watches for opportunities that cross a stall threshold (for example, two or more MAP milestones past their committed date) and responds by proposing a recovery checkpoint. It finds open time on the deal owner's calendar and creates a Google Calendar event inviting the silent buyer-side owner, with the slipped items listed in the agenda.
When to use it
Use it when a single nudge isn't enough and a deal needs a live realignment conversation. It turns detection into an actual scheduled action so stalled plans get a human checkpoint instead of more reminders.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule starts the evaluation.
- 2Query Salesforce for opportunities and count overdue MAP milestones per deal.
- 3Branch: keep only deals at or above the stall threshold.
- 4Find the next open slot on the deal owner's Google Calendar.
- 5Create a calendar event inviting the buyer-side owner with the overdue items in the description.
- 6Notify the deal owner in Slack that a recovery checkpoint was scheduled.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
