What it does
This workflow scans your active mutual action plans every morning and surfaces any milestone whose due date has passed without being marked done, then pings the deal team in Slack so a slipping plan gets attention before the deal cools.
When to use it
Use it when MAPs are created but no one chases the dates. Best for sales teams running close plans in Monday and coordinating in Slack who want overdue steps escalated automatically rather than discovered in the next pipeline review.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule kicks off the scan each morning.
- 2The flow queries Monday for all active mutual action plan items and their milestone subitems.
- 3A filter keeps only milestones whose due date is in the past and whose status is not Done.
- 4For each overdue milestone it resolves the owner, the account, and how many days it has slipped.
- 5A Slack message is posted to the deal channel tagging the owner with the account, the step, and the slip count.
- 6The Monday milestone is flagged "At risk" so the slip is visible on the board itself.
