What it does
Turns a usage-threshold crossing into a sales-ready handoff: it scores the account as a product-qualified lead, syncs it into HubSpot as a deal, assigns an owner by territory, and notifies the rep.
When to use it
Use this when self-serve trials should graduate to a human touch once they show buying intent (heavy seat usage, hitting plan limits, multiple active users). It removes the manual lead-routing lag so reps strike while engagement is peaking.
