What it does
Handles call recordings that come from outside Zoom — phone calls, in-person meetings, or third-party dialers dropped into a shared Drive folder. It transcribes each file, extracts contact and company intel, and updates the right Attio records.
When to use it
Use it when not every sales conversation happens on a connected video platform but you still want those calls reflected in your CRM. Drop the audio in a folder and the record updates itself.
How it works
- 1A new file landing in the watched Google Drive folder triggers the flow.
- 2The file is downloaded and sent to OpenAI for transcription.
- 3A second OpenAI step extracts contact details, role, pain points, and a one-line call summary.
- 4A logic step resolves the person and company in Attio, creating them if they don't exist.
- 5It writes the enrichment fields and appends the summary as a note on both records.
- 6It posts a digest of what was enriched to the team channel.
