Inbound Lead Warm-Path Router
When a new lead form submission hits a webhook, checks Attio for any teammate who already knows the lead or their company and routes the lead in Slack to that connector instead…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerLead form submission via webhookHTTP webhook
- LogicExtract lead email, name, and company
- ActionSearch Attio for lead and teammate interaction historyAttio
- LogicBranch on warm path vs. cold lead
- ActionWrite assigned owner back to AttioAttio
- OutputNotify connector or round-robin queue in SlackSlack
What it does
Routes inbound leads by relationship, not just round-robin. If anyone on the team already knows the lead or someone at their company, the lead goes to that person so the first touch is warm.
When to use it
Use on your website demo or contact form when speed-to-warm-lead matters and you want existing relationships to take priority over blind assignment.
How it works
- 1A lead form submission arrives via an HTTP webhook.
- 2The workflow extracts the lead's email, name, and company domain.
- 3It searches Attio for the person and company, gathering any teammate interaction history.
- 4A decision step checks whether a meaningful warm path exists.
- 5If yes, the lead is assigned to the connector and posted to them in Slack with relationship context; if no, it drops into the standard round-robin queue notification.
- 6Either way the lead's owner is written back to Attio for tracking.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
