Warm-Intro Path Finder for New Deals
When a new deal is created in Attio, find every teammate who already knows someone at the prospect's company and post a ranked list of warm-intro paths to the deal owner in Slack.

What it does
The moment a deal enters your pipeline, this workflow searches your Attio CRM for existing relationships at the target account and tells the deal owner exactly who on the team can open the door — no more cold outreach when a warm path already exists.
When to use it
Run this whenever your team creates new opportunities and wants to lead with a warm introduction instead of a cold email. Ideal for account-based sales teams where relationship reach is your unfair advantage.
How it works
- 1A new deal record is created in Attio, triggering the workflow.
- 2The workflow reads the linked company domain and people associated with the deal.
- 3It queries Attio for people records at that company, plus interactions and note authors, to surface which teammates have prior contact.
- 4A scoring step ranks each potential connector by recency and depth of interaction.
- 5If at least one warm path exists, the ranked list of connectors and the contacts they know is posted to the deal owner in Slack; otherwise it flags the deal as cold-outreach-only.
