How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerRep sends territory/segment request in SlackSlack
  • LogicParse requested filter from message
  • ActionQuery Snowflake TAM for the sliceSnowflakeSnowflake
  • ActionPull worked accounts for slice from SalesforceSalesforce
  • LogicDiff and rank remaining whitespace
  • OutputReply in Slack thread with ranked listSlack

What it does

It answers "what's open in my territory right now?" on demand. A rep sends a request from Slack naming a territory, industry, or segment; the workflow queries the Snowflake TAM for that slice, removes anything already worked in Salesforce, and replies in the same thread with the live whitespace list ranked by fit. No waiting for the weekly digest.

When to use it

Use it for ad-hoc prospecting and live account planning — a rep prepping for a call block, or a manager spot-checking coverage in a segment during a meeting. Complements the scheduled digests with instant answers.

How it works

  1. 1A Slack request from a rep triggers the run with a territory or segment argument.
  2. 2Parse the request to extract the requested filter.
  3. 3Query Snowflake TAM for accounts matching that slice.
  4. 4Pull worked accounts for the slice from Salesforce.
  5. 5Diff and rank the remaining whitespace by fit score.
  6. 6Reply in the Slack thread with the ranked untouched-account list.
