What it does

This workflow fills a week of content in one run. It gathers trending topics from Brave Search, deduplicates and ranks them, then produces five distinct short-form video briefs, each with its own generated thumbnail. All five land as rows in an Airtable table with Status, Assignee, and Shoot Date columns so the team can pull from a stocked queue all week.

When to use it

Use it for a weekly content-planning ritual where you want a backlog of ready briefs rather than scrambling daily. Ideal for small teams that batch-shoot and want a single source of truth in Airtable.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule triggers the batch.
  2. 2Brave Search returns trending results across your seed topics.
  3. 3A logic step dedupes overlapping angles and ranks the top five.
  4. 4For each of the five, OpenAI writes a full brief and a thumbnail prompt.
  5. 5Generate Image renders a thumbnail per brief.
  6. 6Each brief plus thumbnail is appended as a new Airtable row with default status set to Backlog.
