Agent-Driven Mention Investigation and Owner Routing
An autonomous CEO agent investigates negative brand mentions by pulling related context, searching the web for the underlying issue, logging findings to Notion.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew flagged-negative mention
- ActionInterpret mention and search for root causeBrave Search
- LogicDecide known issue vs new, and assign owner
- ActionWrite investigation note to NotionNotion
- OutputOpen assigned Linear ticket linking evidenceLinear
What it does
Hands a negative mention to an agent that does the legwork a human triager would: it reads the thread, figures out what actually happened, checks whether it is a known issue, writes up what it found, and routes it to the right person — not just a channel.
When to use it
Use this when raw sentiment scores aren't enough and mentions need genuine judgment: ambiguous complaints, novel issues, or cases where the owner depends on root cause rather than topic keywords. The agent decides ownership the way a senior operator would.
How it works
- 1A new flagged-negative mention triggers the agent.
- 2The agent uses OpenAI to interpret the mention and uses Brave Search to find related reports or the underlying cause.
- 3The agent decides whether it is a known issue, a one-off, or something new, and who should own it.
- 4It writes an investigation note to Notion with the evidence and its reasoning.
- 5It opens a Linear ticket assigned to the chosen owner, linking the Notion note and the source mention.
