CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Block over-promising replies before they send via pre-send check
A pre-send webhook validates an outgoing support reply against the customer's Stripe tier.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerPre-send reply webhook receivedHTTP webhook
- ActionResolve customer tier and entitlements in StripeStripe
- LogicScan draft for uncovered feature promisesOpenAI
- LogicBranch on violation found vs clean
- OutputReturn allow or hold verdict to callerHTTP webhook
What it does
This workflow acts as a last-line guardrail. When an agent is about to send a reply, a webhook submits the draft and the customer email; the workflow checks whether the draft promises any gated feature the customer's tier lacks and returns an allow or hold verdict in real time, with the specific offending phrase flagged.
When to use it
Use it when accidental over-promising in support replies creates support debt or churn risk, and you want an automated pre-send check rather than relying on agents to remember every tier boundary.
How it works
- 1An outbound-reply webhook triggers the flow with the draft text and customer email.
- 2Stripe resolves the customer's active tier and entitlement set.
- 3A logic step scans the draft for promises that the tier does not cover.
- 4If a violation is found, the verdict branch builds a warning with the flagged phrase and a tier-safe rewrite; otherwise it returns allow.
- 5The verdict is returned to the caller as the webhook response.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect HTTP webhookTrigger any URL on agent actions.
- 2Connect StripeCustomers, subscriptions, payments.
- 3Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
