Daily Voicemail Callback Digest to Slack
Each morning, pulls the prior day's logged voicemail callbacks, ranks them by urgency, and posts a single Slack digest so the support lead can divvy up callbacks at standup.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerScheduled morning run
- ActionFetch last 24h callback tasksAirtable
- LogicRank by urgency and wait time
- ActionCompose digest textOpenAI
- OutputPost digest to Slack channelSlack
What it does
Replaces scattered voicemail notifications with one daily briefing. On a schedule it reads the callback tasks logged over the last 24 hours, orders them by urgency and wait time, and posts a clean digest to a Slack channel with counts and the top messages to return first.
When to use it
Use this when voicemails are already being captured into Airtable and you want a predictable morning roll-up for standup, rather than a noisy real-time feed throughout the day.
How it works
- 1A scheduled trigger fires each morning before standup.
- 2Airtable returns callback tasks created in the last 24 hours.
- 3A logic step sorts them by urgency score and time waiting, and computes totals per category.
- 4OpenAI writes a concise digest: total count, urgent count, and the prioritized shortlist with one-line summaries.
- 5The digest is posted to the support team's Slack channel so the lead can assign callbacks immediately.
