Update the onboarding checklist in Airtable from the kickoff transcript
Reads a finished Zoom kickoff transcript, checks off the onboarding items that were actually covered in that account's Airtable checklist.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom kickoff recording completedZoom
- ActionFetch transcript and find Airtable accountZoom
- ActionRead pending checklist items from AirtableAirtable
- ActionCompare items to transcript with LLMOpenAI
- LogicSplit covered vs missed items
- OutputMark covered done and add follow-up rows in AirtableAirtable
What it does
Keeps your per-account onboarding checklist in Airtable honest by updating it straight from what was said on the call. Covered items get checked off automatically; missed items become follow-up rows assigned to the account owner.
When to use it
Use this if Airtable is your system of record for onboarding progress and you're tired of CSMs manually ticking boxes after every call. It removes the gap between "what we talked about" and "what the tracker says."
How it works
- 1A completed Zoom kickoff recording triggers the flow.
- 2The transcript is fetched from Zoom and the matching account record is looked up in Airtable by meeting topic or customer email.
- 3The account's current checklist items are read from Airtable.
- 4An LLM step compares each pending item to the transcript and returns a covered/missed verdict per item.
- 5A logic step splits the results: covered items get marked complete in Airtable; missed items become new follow-up rows.
- 6Both updates are written back to the account's Airtable records, leaving an accurate onboarding tracker.
