CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Send the customer an Intercom recap of any onboarding topics not yet covered
After a Zoom kickoff, detects which onboarding topics were missed and sends the customer a friendly Intercom message recapping what's still to come.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom kickoff recording completedZoom
- ActionFetch call transcript from ZoomZoom
- ActionIdentify uncovered topics with LLMOpenAI
- LogicProceed only if topics were missed
- ActionDraft warm customer recap with LLMOpenAI
- OutputSend recap to customer via IntercomIntercom
What it does
Turns the gaps in a kickoff call into a proactive, customer-facing follow-up. It identifies onboarding topics that weren't covered and sends the customer an Intercom message summarizing what they still need to do or schedule.
When to use it
Use this when you want onboarding follow-up to reach the customer directly, not just your internal tracker. It's ideal for self-serve-leaning accounts where a tidy recap keeps momentum without a second scheduled call.
How it works
- 1A completed Zoom kickoff recording triggers the flow.
- 2The transcript is pulled from Zoom.
- 3An LLM step compares the transcript to the onboarding checklist and identifies uncovered topics.
- 4A logic step checks whether any topics were missed; if the call was complete, no message is sent.
- 5A second LLM step drafts a short, warm recap message listing the open items and suggested next steps.
- 6The recap is delivered to the customer as an Intercom message tied to their contact record.
