Route High-ARR Front Conversations to a VIP Queue
On every new Front conversation, scores the contact's account by ARR from HubSpot and, when it clears a threshold, moves the conversation to a dedicated VIP inbox and pings…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew Front conversation receivedFront
- ActionFind company ARR and owner in HubSpotHubSpot

- ActionMove conversation to VIP inbox in FrontFront
- OutputDM the account owner in SlackSlack
What it does
This workflow turns raw inbound Front conversations into revenue-aware routing. It reads the contact, finds their company's ARR in HubSpot, and physically moves the conversation into a VIP inbox staffed by senior agents when the account is large enough, while alerting the human who owns that relationship.
When to use it
Use it when support and sales share accounts and a high-value customer's email should never land in the general pool. It fits teams running Front for shared inboxes and HubSpot as the CRM of record.
How it works
- 1A new conversation in Front triggers the flow with the sender's email.
- 2The flow searches HubSpot for the associated company and reads its annual recurring revenue and owner.
- 3A branch checks whether ARR meets the VIP threshold; smaller accounts exit early and stay in the default inbox.
- 4For qualifying accounts, the conversation is moved to the VIP inbox in Front and tagged with the revenue tier.
- 5A Slack direct message notifies the account owner with the conversation link and ARR so they can jump in immediately.
