TICKET MANAGEMENT
Agentic Repro Bundle Enricher for Linear
An agent investigates a tagged Front bug by pulling matching Sentry errors, normalizing the customer's attachments to Dropbox.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerFront conversation tagged 'bug-investigate'Front
- ActionFetch conversation, customer, attachmentsFront
- ActionCorrelate Sentry errors by customer and timeSentry
- LogicAssert root cause or flag needs-repro
- ActionNormalize attachments to Dropbox bundleDropbox
- OutputCreate enriched Linear issue and link back to FrontLinear
What it does
Goes beyond copying a ticket: an agent reads the Front bug conversation, searches Sentry for errors matching the customer's timestamp and account, normalizes the conversation's attachments into a Dropbox bundle, and writes a Linear issue that combines the customer report, correlated stack traces, evidence links, and a suspected root-cause summary.
When to use it
Use it for high-value or hard-to-reproduce bugs where you want a first-pass investigation done automatically before an engineer picks it up, instead of a bare report.
How it works
- 1A Front conversation tagged `bug-investigate` triggers the agent.
- 2The agent fetches the conversation, customer identity, and attachments from Front.
- 3It queries Sentry for errors correlated to the customer and time window.
- 4A logic step decides whether evidence is strong enough to assert a root cause or to flag as needs-repro.
- 5Attachments are normalized and uploaded to a Dropbox per-issue folder.
- 6The agent creates a Linear issue with the report, Sentry links, Dropbox evidence, and its root-cause hypothesis, then comments the link back in Front.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect FrontShared inbox, conversations.
- 2Connect SentryErrors, performance, releases.
- 3Connect DropboxFiles and folders.
- 4Connect LinearIssues, projects, cycles, triage.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
More Ticket Management workflows
Enrich Discord bug reports with Sentry errors before filing in Linear
Takes a Discord bug report, has an LLM pull out likely error signatures, searches Sentry for matching events.
Front-to-Linear Recurring Bug Linker
When a Front ticket is tagged as a bug, it searches Linear for an existing matching issue and either links the ticket to that parent issue or opens a new tracked one.
Front Duplicate Conversation Clusterer
When a new Front conversation arrives, it semantically compares the report against open conversations.
Intercom Known-Issue Auto-Responder
When a new Intercom conversation matches a known active incident, it attaches the conversation to that incident's parent ticket and sends the customer the current status reply.
Weekly reopen-by-agent coaching digest
Aggregates each agent's solved-then-reopened tickets for the week, identifies the most common reopen reason per agent, and emails a private coaching digest to the support manager.
Escalate repeat reopens to a Linear bug
Detects when the same underlying issue reopens across multiple tickets, uses an AI agent to cluster them by root cause.
