What it does
This workflow reads each field memo for warranty signals — a failed part, a defect, a callback within the coverage window. OpenAI extracts the claim details and a confidence flag. Confirmed warranty issues are routed to a Monday warranty-tracking board with the part and failure details; routine visits are logged as normal job updates.
