PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Archive every field voice transcript to Postgres, then route open items to Trello
Transcribes each field voice note, stores the full transcript and metadata in Postgres for the record.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerVoice note with metadata (webhook)HTTP webhook
- ActionTranscribe with ElevenLabsElevenLabs
- ActionExtract items + summary (OpenAI)OpenAI
- ActionStore transcript in PostgresPostgres
- LogicKeep only open action items
- OutputCreate Trello cards linked to recordTrello
What it does
Gives field reports a permanent home and a working queue. Every voice note is transcribed and written to a Postgres table with its metadata for compliance and search, while the open action items are pushed to Trello so the team works from the board without losing the original record.
When to use it
Use it when you need an auditable archive of what was reported (inspections, incidents, regulated work) in addition to a live task list, and you want both populated from a single recording.
How it works
- 1A field voice note arrives via webhook with reporter and location metadata.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio.
- 3OpenAI extracts action items and a structured summary.
- 4Postgres stores the transcript, summary, metadata, and timestamp as the system of record.
- 5A logic step keeps only items marked open.
- 6Trello creates a card for each open item on the project intake board, linked back to the stored record ID.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ElevenLabsText-to-speech, voice cloning.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect PostgresAny Postgres URL — query, write, migrate.
- 4Connect TrelloKanban boards for everything.
- 5Connect HTTP webhookTrigger any URL on agent actions.
- 6Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 7Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 8Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
