What it does

Gives field reports a permanent home and a working queue. Every voice note is transcribed and written to a Postgres table with its metadata for compliance and search, while the open action items are pushed to Trello so the team works from the board without losing the original record.

When to use it

Use it when you need an auditable archive of what was reported (inspections, incidents, regulated work) in addition to a live task list, and you want both populated from a single recording.

How it works

  1. 1A field voice note arrives via webhook with reporter and location metadata.
  2. 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio.
  3. 3OpenAI extracts action items and a structured summary.
  4. 4Postgres stores the transcript, summary, metadata, and timestamp as the system of record.
  5. 5A logic step keeps only items marked open.
  6. 6Trello creates a card for each open item on the project intake board, linked back to the stored record ID.
