What it does

This workflow closes the loop between webinar engagement and the CRM. After a Zoom webinar, it scores each attendee on attention signals, upserts that score onto the matching HubSpot contact, and — for anyone above the hot threshold — emails the assigned contact owner an Outlook handoff with the attendee's score and activity so the rep can act the same day.

When to use it

Use it when HubSpot is your system of record and you need webinar engagement reflected on the contact timeline, plus an immediate, owner-specific nudge for the strongest leads rather than a generic blast.

How it works

  1. 1Zoom `webinar.ended` event triggers the run.
  2. 2The flow fetches the participant, poll, and Q&A reports and computes an engagement score per attendee.
  3. 3Each attendee is upserted into HubSpot with the score and webinar activity on the contact record.
  4. 4A branch isolates attendees above the hot threshold.
  5. 5For each hot lead, the HubSpot contact owner is looked up and sent an Outlook handoff email.
  6. 6The run summary is logged to Airtable for QA.
