Classify Zoom Q&A intent with AI and route high-intent askers to sales in Outlook

What it does
The questions people ask in a webinar are the loudest engagement signal there is. This workflow takes the Zoom Q&A log, runs each question through OpenAI to classify intent (buying signal, pricing, objection, or general curiosity), and routes high-intent askers to a personalized sales reach-out in Outlook that references their actual question.
When to use it
Use it when your webinars generate real Q&A volume and you want reps spending time only on the people who signaled purchase intent in their own words — not on the whole list.
How it works
- 1Zoom `webinar.ended` event starts the run.
- 2The flow fetches the Q&A report, pairing each question with the asker's email.
- 3OpenAI classifies each question's intent and drafts a one-line personalized opener.
- 4A branch separates high-intent askers from general questions.
- 5High-intent askers get a tailored Outlook email quoting their question and offering a call.
- 6All classifications are written to Airtable so general-interest askers stay in the nurture pool.
