What it does

Pairs every Loom walkthrough with a written, searchable SOP. It transcribes the recording, has an LLM restructure the narration into a clean numbered procedure with a title, prerequisites, and steps, then publishes it to Confluence. Each step carries a deep link back to the precise moment in the Loom video, so readers can jump to the footage for any step they need to see.

When to use it

Use it when policy, audits, or accessibility require text documentation but your team only records video. It eliminates the manual write-up step and keeps the doc and the video permanently in sync.

How it works

  1. 1A Loom webhook fires when a recording finishes.
  2. 2The flow fetches the transcript and timestamps from Loom.
  3. 3OpenAI rewrites the transcript into a structured SOP: title, prerequisites, and numbered steps, each annotated with its source timestamp.
  4. 4The flow renders the steps as Confluence storage-format markup, embedding a timestamped Loom link per step.
  5. 5It creates or updates the page in the target Confluence space and returns the page URL.
