How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerNew question arrives in Front sales inboxFront
  • ActionEmbed question, retrieve top battlecard chunks from PostgresPostgreSQLPostgres
  • LogicGate on retrieval similarity threshold
  • ActionDraft grounded answer with citations via OpenAIOpenAI
  • OutputPost cited draft reply as a Front commentFront

What it does

Turns your Dropbox folder of competitive battlecards and product one-pagers into a searchable answer engine that lives inside Front. A rep emails "how do we beat Competitor X on pricing?" and gets back a grounded answer with the exact passages it came from, so they can trust it and forward it.

When to use it

Use it when reps repeatedly Slack or email Sales Enablement the same objection-handling and positioning questions, and you want self-serve answers that cite real, approved source material instead of hallucinated guesses.

How it works

  1. 1A new message arrives in the designated Front inbox and fires the trigger.
  2. 2The question text is embedded and matched against pre-indexed battlecard chunks stored as vectors in Postgres (pgvector).
  3. 3A relevance gate checks whether the top matches clear a similarity threshold.
  4. 4If they do, OpenAI composes an answer constrained to the retrieved passages, with inline citations.
  5. 5If nothing clears the bar, the flow routes to a fallback that tags the conversation for a human.
  6. 6The drafted reply, with quoted snippets and Dropbox file links, is posted as a Front comment for the rep to send.
